Their main work as a employer is to micromanage their employees. They are not humans they are robots and always threat their employees by saying that they will be fired. No appreciation when you do well (worst work environment).Only tell you to be scared or keep quiet in front of seniors. No Transparency in any of the process OFFICE POLITICS IS A MAJOR ISSUE IN HIGHLANDS BAD MANAGERS (Managers treat everyone as a labour) BEWARE you'll get to know about them when you join the company. Useless Managers and unethical work environment

Everything in this organization is cons. They ask you to work remotely and takes full leverage and ask you to work for longer hours. The Boss is highly unprofessional and rude. It is like you have to save your job every day. No Job Security at all. Very pathetic behavior. Seniors are always dominating.
