Leadership listens to all employee concerns and takes action. We are continuously improving everything from the ground up. Safety is #1 priority and there is a lot of training and development to keep employees safe. We have monthly employee appreciation in many forms, with gifts of apparel or metal water jugs/coffee mugs. Career growth and internal advancements. Fair wages.

Cons

Communication could be better. Leadership training is definitely needed,
