Cons

My particular position (that I was forced into) was too overwhelming with its broad scope. Training was severely lacking in addition to being extremely chaotic and unprofessional.

The pay is good, a bonus every year, flexible work from home schedule, the division I am in I fell like directors and manager care about you and try to make it a good place to work

Cons

Large amount of staff in India causes scheduling conflicts. Huge language barrier. Bring people in off the street ( in US and India) with no training or background and expect that they can perform on a level as someone who worked their way up through the company
