Pros

Overall my experience at Highmark was decent. The mentors were very knowledgeable and helpful for the most part. I also appreciated the flexible schedule and they provided good benefits.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about the company. Some things worked and some things didn't and that's with any company.

Cons

Not a lot of advancement unless you have some sort of college degree. No notice of a layoff.
