Pros

Newly adjustment to Agile. Gaining experience in Scrum and new IT Project Management methodologies.

Cons

Not much direction. This company is very new so there are many new job postings however there isn't a lot of understanding on roles and responsibility. It is a free for all.

Pros

Great benefits package, great hours, no weekends, great perks; on-site health clinic, Walgreens pharmacy, cafeteria, convenience store, cafeteria, and great gym at no cost.

Cons

It is a very large site with many employees, so parking can be a bit of a hassle on some mornings.
