Some of the brightest minds and kindest humans work at Highmark. There is a diverse blend of people. I found it easy to make connections and find friends. There are also many opportunities to learn if your leadership supports you.

Cons

The organization is very top heavy and very large. Managers have little control over framework of their departments if there is another similar department at the Enterprise level. There can be a lot of red tape and overlapping processes to get simple tasks done. The culture can be very different depending on where you fall in the organizations hierarchy.
