Occasional work from home - great 401k- usually good to non managerial staff - allows employees to work from home

Cons

very low manager salaries, frequent travel to different locations, NO IT SUPPORT OR HR SUPPORT or even admin support on site. Company claims they can't afford but supports 4 levels of VPs totaling over 25, no upward movement unless you are in Pittsburgh
