- Ability to learn a wealth of knowledge across multiple custodians and become familiar with their processes - Ability to work closely with Trust Officers and learn more trust and tax policy - Great culture implemented by leadership

There can be an experience of “not-so-healthy” competition amongst team members here as everyone wants to look “good” in the workplace even if it means going an extra mile at the expense of others.
