Pros

Lots of amazing people! Culture is in transition and needs to be as it is no longer a privately held, start-up company. Change is good and there are a lot of people who aren't comfortable with the change.

Cons

High turnover and need to invest in good people to stay. There tends to be a lot of favoritism and lack of strategic thought process at times. Need more mentorship.

Everyday I'm impressed with the quality of individuals from top management to entry level. The company culture is fast pace, high integrity and very respectful. My ideas and hard work are valued and appreciated.

The firm's mantra is "built by advisors for advisors" and we live it everyday. The greatest opportunity to run a HNW practice or to build/grow a career in leadership.

Cons

This firm is only for smart, collaborative, ambitious team players & leaders. If you are complacent, unambiguous, lack urgency, have a propensity for complaining but not doing, you need not apply.
