Good place to work. Dynamic and revolutionizing. Constant change is accepted when of the better.

Cons

Constant work. Expect to be on at all times. Building a company is not for the weak, nor is it a part time job. If you want easy, stick to the stuffy wirehouse model and work from 8-5.

Exceptional management, great advisor support and consistent investment in culture, platform, technology and operations. Good benefits and 401(k). Open-minded leadership.

Cons

I have no complaints. I came from a wirehouse, and the differences between life at a brokerage firm and life at an independent are like night and day.
