Hightower is a rapidly growing firm that is expanding its corporate and technology processes to support the rate of growth. There is great opportunity to participate in the evolution of the firm and make meaningful contributions to the overall success of the business.

Cons

As one would expect, growing pains challenge the ability to move as effectively and efficiently as possible. This is recognized by the leadership team and efforts are being made to build the future reality. This does take time to achieve, in the meantime, it can sometimes cause confusion and frustration.

Worked in marketing. Great internal leadership. CEO extremely personable & down to earth. Middle management understood work/life flexibility needs. Benefits like unlimited PTO, competitive paternity/maternity leave definitely lead the finance advisory industry. It’s a huge company with many smaller companies under them, but you’d never know with how they operate with the best perks of small businesses and personality. I loved my time here
