Management worked with you to make sure you understood everything, and were doing the correct job. They did not micromanage. They allowed you to grown in the company. Friendly environment. Steller benefits - Blue Cross Blue Shield, dental, pet insurance, Flex Spending Account, Transportation accounts, considerate hours, 10 sick days and 2 weeks worth of vacation (starting). Treated as family, with out being taken advantage of. Great Tech, Marketing, and Compliance assistance. Building is beautiful, and around several great areas for lunch. Immediately outside the building is the Brown Line. Free Gym Membership - with access to locker rooms and showers. Great Lunch area. Salary started at 40k, with yearly bonuses starting at 3k.

Cons

Sometimes they did not give you enough work as an Executive Assistant, and the downside would be being a bit bored. Though they let you know you are able to bring in personal activities, such as school work, ect.
