Lots of opportunities to learn, very transparent, surrounded by smart people. Mentoring opportunities were great really learned a lot.

Initially, there were a lot of smart and talented people to work with, but they eventually started to leave.

Cons

Very male dominated. Not much diversity. Very few women or minorities in leadership positions. Negative, stressful and closed environment. Not a place that has much opportunities for growth - especially for women.
