Pros

Great coworkers who know their jobs and take them seriously. Great benefits such as unlimited vacation days and SWAG gifts on anniversaries or other reasons. Turnaround is low so you get to know your coworkers and they become great teammates. Love what I do on a daily basis.

Cons

To be honest... I really can't think of a con. I've been there three years in 3 days and I've never had one complaint. Some days are super busy while other days... you find training to do.

Pros

Hightower offers a hybrid schedule, unlimited PTO, great people to work with, and ample growth opportunities. The hybrid schedule allows employees to balance their work and personal life more effectively, providing flexibility to work from home or the office as needed. Unlimited PTO ensures that team members can take the time they need to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, our workplace is filled with talented and supportive colleagues who foster a collaborative and positive environment. Moreover, we are committed to the professional development of our employees, offering numerous opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Cons

At times, there are too many people involved in making decisions, especially when long-term decisions require careful thought and clear direction. This can lead to confusion, as other decision-makers may not fully realize how their choices impact the timelines and outcomes of other teams, causing some team members to experience blurred timelines and uncertainty.
