      Great team, product and market, more focus as we scale

      Pros

      - Great product and team building it - Market opportunity along combined with great founding team and investors - Really fast development cycle

      Cons

      - Trying to do too many things at once can lead lots of thrash - Focus on having clearer company wide goals we can all align on - Rolling out proper management has been a bit rocky, we've adapted very quickly but there is much to improve here

      Pros

      I've been at Hightower a while now, and its leadership is great at creating an exciting place to work with some incredible people. I'm excited by the company's prospects and enjoy coming to work every day. If you have the chance to work here you absolutely should!

      Cons

      There really aren't too many. Some managers are very hands-on in giving feedback/working to develop employees, while others really aren't, despite several presentations at which we were told more structured career paths were being developed. That's probably the only thing I've been disappointed in.

      Pros

      Very much a part of the growth of the company. Able to work on my own terms and manage relationships while extending relationships and obtaining upsell for the company overall. Great combination of relationship management and sales while increasing product/industry knowledge. Company is unlike anywhere else I've worked - Incredible culture with incredible leadership

      Cons

      Some people might not enjoy having to be on the ball at all times. Often you'll find yourself monitoring your emails/messages on the weekends/holidays
