Good company with some concerns

Pros

The whole Engineering organization is very mature and very helpful. It is a nice place to learn and encourages enthusiasm and curiosity. Good Engineering management. The salaries are good compared to the market.

Cons

The Requirements change way too frequently The CEO is very hands-on The career path and requirements for promotions are not well-defined.

Pros

A great work environment with lots of opportunities to grow. I had worked for a few places similar sizes to Highwire, but Highwire is the best place I've ever been at. Work-life balance is great and that is the first thing my manager mentioned during the interviews and the whole time I have been here.

Cons

I have not seen any.

- Open and transparent management - Great group of employees who really care about their work - Time for personal growth and development - Salary is on par with other software engineering teams/companies

Cons

- Still small so things change often, but it's being worked on diligently and getting better every week.
