Pros

Benefits are good and pay is good for mid to senior level staff. If you can stomach the negatives, you will do fine.

Cons

The company is divided into 2 divisions, injectable and non, and they are distinctly different management styles. If you don’t like micromanagement, priorities and decisions that shift with the wind, then stay away from the non-injectable team. The leadership practices, and does not stop, “blaming” others. It is a CYA environment.

Pros

Nothing positive about this company. There are much better places to work. Compensation and benefits are overrated with this company.

Cons

Currently work at the Cherry Hill location. Management style is a dictatorship. Foreign management is clueless. All the experienced employees have left or have been terminated and have not been replaced or replaced with cheap inexperienced labor.
