Starting pay was pretty good.

Cons

No communication between managers. Lab constantly under stocked. Outdated computers and laboratory equipment. Massive workloads expected on ancient equipment. Do not value the people working for them, resulting in employee exoduses.

Nothing positive about this company. There are much better places to work. Compensation and benefits are overrated with this company.

Cons

Currently work at the Cherry Hill location. Management style is a dictatorship. Foreign management is clueless. All the experienced employees have left or have been terminated and have not been replaced or replaced with cheap inexperienced labor.
