      Pros

      Managers seem to care about you, and don't want you to get analyst fatigue. They understand that you are giving it everything you've got. Your opinions matter and your suggestions are heard. Very flexible if you need to come in late or leave early. Hard work does not go unnoticed. Great benefits as well!

      Cons

      Some of upper management seems a little out of the loop with the processes and why not every demand they make can't be met. Also, the pay could be a little better.
