      Pros

      Good benefits and PTO policy. Great company to get entry level experience. The middle management is a very dedicated group of individuals.

      Cons

      Disconnected leadership team which rarely leaves their office. There is no empowerment of employees except for the chosen few. Career development does not exist in the organization. Little to no training or development.

      Pros

      good benefits. You will learn a lot about GMP production. A good place to start out college, gain experience, and move on to a better opportunites. The company has a good training program and all the depts work well together towards the common goal of getting safe medicine out the door quickly.

      Cons

      Hard work goes unnoticed. Some depts are very cliquey and you have to suck up to get ahead. Change comes very slowly. HR is a disaster.
