Too much work for little pay.

It's absolutely the worst work environment I have to suffer through. I really don't know where the negatively stems from but it's really bad. They love the blame game. I sat in a meeting with upper management, including the plant manager, and the first thing they wanted to address was who fault it was instead of immediately addressing the issue so they can produce. It was a good 10 minutes of each department blaming each other. That's the best story I can come up with to sum it up. Very toxic. Keep to yourself or stay away.
