Hikma leadership truly care for their employees, and they try to provide as mush opportunities as possible in all domains. It is one of the most diverse companies around the globe considering the different markets Hikma operates in, starting from the MENA region and reaching the heart of London, employees are exposed to different cultures on daily basis.
