      - Friendly environment, with high respect and integrity. - paid fairly in terms of full cash, however might seem to be underpaid in terms of basic salaries. - high appreciation from management and leaders.

      Cons

      - not very flexible working hours although some jobs are managing well while working remotely. - lack of proper communication between Higher management and rest of employees in terms of plans, objectives and long term goals
