Pros

The only Pro of working at West-ward Pharm.'s is good pay, good benefits. Period.

Cons

This entire Co.'s management is disengaged to the huge problems that are rampant here (at Cherry Hill). The real work horses in each dept. get burned out, tired of no communication, total disregard to Cherry Hill site who's made this Co., yet you won't find an address, or phone number for Cherry Hill on West-ward website ? That's what's wrong! It's Eatontown, Eatontown. It's a dog and pony show. Way too much capital expense on management salaries. Especially Eatontown, who hasn't made a product or a penny for years. You won't find an organizational chart anywhere here at this Co. Everything is "Because we said so", or because they said so. No common sense. You have to see it to actually believe it. Very catty, egotistical hierarchy here. No company culture at all. The end for this Co. will be in a few years after they lose all their talent from key employee's fleeing, and retirements of key personnel in Facilities, and Mfg. Look for both these NJ sites to close in a few yrs. and ops will move to the recently purchased Bedford site in Ohio. Is Ohio in the Pharm. belt ? Last time I looked, it wasn't and again, talent will be the downfall for this Co.

Pros

Honestly, the only pro of working here was the healthcare benefits. We didn't have to pay for them and it was a decent deductible. Lots of experience gained. It was good to gain the experience and take it elsewhere.

Cons

Biggest challenge was finding the motivation to come to work everyday, knowing you would be worked like a indentured servant. Lots of cattiness across and within the departments. Promotions aren't given unless someone gets fired or leaves. Raises are like $.25 when you do get promoted. Probably the lowest paying salary within the tri state area for a pharma company.
