      Pros

      Working with a big company that is part of the FTSE 100. High paying salaries compared to competitors.

      Cons

      Being ignored by management, and having a high load boring and repetitive job that a computer program can do instead of you. Not much learning opportunities, although I do believe this was an individual case, as the department was very small, new and without a clear focus. Other friends working at the company seemed to be satisfied with their jobs and colleagues.
