Lots of PTO, potential for decent bonus if numbers are met.

Cons

Upper management, poop rolls down hill. Every year they have less and less manpower, yet they raise their goals higher and blame the workers when numbers aren’t met. Not given proper time to take care of equipment. People with no personal experience of the job make new procedures that drastically affect production time.

Decent pay, great PTO, great people, a lot of room to grow for non-lead/management employees.

Cons

Targeted by management, HR didn’t do anything about a higher up after whole department went and complained, non-competitive pay, expected to do more with less, harassed to do overtime even after saying no.
