      Great benefits and PTO package. Great people overall.

      Cons

      Hikma/Westward is a very cost saving minded company. Seemed to only care about the bottom line. Pay seems to be on the lower tier compared to other company on the same industry or surrounding area. There have been a lot of layoffs in the past months.

      Good PTO policy. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      Severe disconnect with management, decisions are not being made. Unhappy, undervalued employees, company rarely rewards the employees who deserve it. Not much opportunity to advance or expand your skill set.
