Overworked( I do more than just my “job”) Underpaid Poor management ( No communication from employees to workers, they gaslight you) They turn a blind eye to mistakes they make…..FDA should really be involved. Understaffed We have had over 12 people leave in 2 years of me being there They hire whoever they can, but most dont make it mast the interview Favoritism 3 people support the bottom line of business and these three people are harrashed and discriminated Honestly this place might shutdown, they have been trying to get off ‘ground’ past 4 years.
