      Pros

      I'm not sure I can think of any pros at this point. The pay I received after five years of employment was less than what they started hiring in last year.

      Cons

      Incredibly stressful. The workload continuously increased, while pay did not (not to reflect the workload, anyway). Equipment needed to do the job was constantly broken down. If you were the lowest in the chain, you knew it because the top management treats you as if you're gum on their shoe. Never an opportunity for moving up, they always hire contracts. This place really started out as a wonderful place to work. It's gone way downhill in the last few years, very disappointed.
