      Pros

      PTO - Pretty solid starting PTO compared to anywhere else around. ~twenty days, plus another five every five years 401(k) Match - Up to 6% matching

      Cons

      Pay - Lower than average for similar positions around the area Raises - Minimal, and certainly doesn't match inflation Staffing - Departments are ran as lean as possible, meaning you're going to be doing the job of multiple people for less than the price of a single person

      Great environment for ambitious people.

      Cons

      They are still working out the major amount of kinks in the system. Upper management shows o sign of understanding what production actually does. Nor do they show any sign of wanting to understanding.
