Your manager is in another state. You feel like you are left out on an island and all alone. They will push you and push you and push you to do more. My compensation was okay but my mental health was not okay. I was working 15 hours a day most of the time and weekends just to stay afloat. Quantity over quality is what they strive for. I was rarely ever able to take PTO due to poor management. We were ALWAYS short staffed.

There ar lots of resources at Hilb. There are some very knowledgeable leaders.

Cons

Management is very heavilty weighted with men. Women earn much less than women for same roles. The workload is overwhelming. New hgires with less experience earn much more than cyrrebt enployees in the same roles with same expereince.
