      Joining The Hilb Group

      Pros

      Joining the Hilb Group was a smooth process from the interviews to first starting. From my manager, team of co-workers to HR, there has been nothing but positive support. The Work/Life/Balance clearly is a priority and encouraged at the Hilb Group & the training with the Hilb team has been seamless as there is always someone to turn to for guidance. I strongly recommend joining The Hilb Group and could not be happier with my workplace choice from their culture to the work environment overall.
