Great place to begin a career. I sent 3 years with the Hilb Group- it was an excellent starter job with a solid introduction to commercial insurance. They assist new employees with obtaining and maintaining the appropriate licenses. They also work with employees to accommodate extenuating family circumstances and scheduling needs. Employees are held to high performance and ethical standards

Compensation-pay was below posted averages for region Benefits- Yearly increases with reduced coverage, benefit enrollment consistently delayed Culture- Outdated, focused on corporate revenue and not employee wellness
