There are some really great employees that are willing to bend over backwards to support and help you to make sure you have a solid understanding.

Cons

The Houston office is currently under management that all started out together as interns. As they have promoted one another to the top they have become disrespectful and degrading of dedicated, hard workers. They regularly bring in interns with no intention of hiring, only to have cheap labor done. The key is to keep your head down, be in your office when management is checking to see if you're there. Salary and compensation is a joke. Their 5 year christmas bonus is well deserved because the employees have to regularly justify their jobs, however it is no better than any other energy company.
