Good compensation as promised and everyone shares the cake there.

Cons

Poor management, They now manipulate the reviews to sneak into managers positions. Meaning if you want a manager position just go to your gang members inside and ask them to write a bad review for the manager of the group you are targeting to lead then talk to the controller of this position and convince them you can do better. They will remove the manager and put you instead. That easy!!

When you find oil you feel good. You have some freedom with your work but not as much as they say.

Cons

Terrible management, woke in charge. Technical staff is mistreated. BD bringing bad deals and being rewarded for it. Huge debt. Company is in trouble.
