      A few motivated people in select areas.

      Cons

      All of the middle managers are marching different directions from each other. The good old boys club is very alive and well. Offshore management, decreasing sales, shrinking company. High turnover from executives all the way to the ground in nearly every department.

      Small company feel, camaraderie. Good pay, clean facility, leave work at work.
