      Pros

      There are some amazing and talented people on the floor.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from the top down. Micromanaging supervisors. Long term employees get treated as if they have no value, while newer, less experienced employees do as they please and are never held accountable for poor work ethics or behavioral issues.
