the cubicle community is nice, clean office, hybrid work, office location

I felt like I went back to the mid-early 2000s. A LOT is outdated. Leadership, directors, and people managers have not succeeded in finding the balance between holding staff accountable and micromanaging. Clear and blatant nepotism, high and frequent turnover, non-competitive pay, raises and bonuses are barely based on performance, poor training in most departments, HR unsuccessfully mediates/resolves hostile & toxic environments or borderline employee rights violations

The support you get from the company and your team is great. The onboarding process was smooth and I was up and running quickly.

Cons

There does appear to be a lot of layers of information and training to absorb, but the support is there to help minimize the impact.
