Great Company to work for

Pros

Great leadership and culture. I have only been with the company so far for about 2 months but my experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing. This company truly cares for their employees and the opportunities for their career growth. They are transparent and fair. My Recruiting process was seamless and I had a great experience with Sara (my recruiter). The company does a lot of events for their employees which make you feel valued and appreciated, plus it makes it fun to come to work.

A hybrid (or one-day-per-week remote) schedule, I believe, would boost morale and activity.
