People interaction, gorgeous historical property

Cons

Taken advantage of constantly - pulling doubles, coming in on off days. Told to do things and then all the work would be re-done by management. Management was all about the bottom line. As a business, I understand the need for this but, if you overwork and don't pay your employees what they should be paid, your bottom line will end up going lower and lower.

Pros

Employee discounts on certain hilton hotels, but Marriotts are better for their employees.

Cons

Where do I start.... Terrible pay, no raises for years, coworkers that have no life ambitions, housekeepers from 3rd world countries, and working for the Roedel family because they are just a bunch of penny pinchers.
