      A Good Starting Job in Hospitality

      This job opens the door to a lot of good experience in customer service and hospitality. Coworkers are for the most part laid back and cooperative. The company likes to promote from within when possible.

      Cons

      Pay isn't as high as it could be, especially for a busy area, when more urban hotels or other brands of the same caliber make more. Very high turnover rate for employees

      people I work with are great and the corporation itself is good, corporate rep. is a really cool guy and informative. Discounts are great.

      Cons

      As a franchise I run into a lot of issues as it is privately owned and operated with too many chief and not enough Indians. The people who know what they are doing are seldom listened to because they might shine brighter than the people who are nosing up to the owners Some of the hardest working people are the few who get taken advantage of. The owners make decisions based on rumors..
