      It is fun at first, but gets tiring after a while.

      Pros

      In the beginning I had a great time getting to know the workers and guests. It was my first job and I did everything I could to go above and beyond. It is very rewarding at times, but when you have an upset guest you really have to know how to handle a serious situation at anytime.

      Cons

      There is a lot of new information thrown at you all at once and it is very overwhelming. It is a very minute to minute basis,one minute everything is calm and the next it is absolutely crazy. There is a lot of responsibility that comes with the job. For people who enjoy situations like this, it is a fun job.

      Pros

      Everyone works well together as a team to get the job done. This is one place where I would say the manager is in tune with the employees to make sure things are also getting done correctly, which is refreshing. Also, they are very flexible with hours if you are a student working part-time.

      Cons

      The only thing that I don't like about this job is that I don't believe it is enough pay for all the physical work you are doing.

      Pros

      There are so many, but I'd have to say the greatest part of being employed by the HGI brand has to be meeting so many people from so many walks of life around the world.

      Cons

      Some people will just not be satisfied no matter how helpful you are, but its okay. You can not make everyone smile.
