      No management skills... will let you go before the 3 months probation.

      There is some good employees with good attitude.

      Cons

      If you are a good employee that respect the rules and don't accept any abuse from management or other employees.. management will feel "threaten" and will fire you a few days before the 3 months probation with a "not a fit for the job" reason. Even when asking for a reason, their answer would be "this is just to let you know of your termination".

      Cons

      Management show a clear lack of care about their employees needs. The Job is very boring when quiet, and despite being a food and beverage assistant you are expected to do deep cleaning nearly everyday. I applied for a Bar job not to be a cleaner. Management expect you to work overtime despite only providing you with minimum wage. There is very poor communication from management. Some of the senior staff there show no respect towards staff underneath them in the hierarchy but still expect respect to be shown back to them.

      At the moment it is the only branded hotel in Albania, and it offers a lot of opportunities for personal growth.

      Cons

      the hotel just opened its door and sometime you have to do some extra hours
