The upper management team is micromanging their lower management team. They don't allow for department managers to manage their group of employees and always have to change how things are being ran (even if how it's running is working). There is no worry about employees. The management team only wants what works for the management team (i.e. days off, vacation time, scheduled in the AM/PM). They want whatever they want and don't care if its affecting other peoples personal lives outside of work. Employee parties are never given, and they lead employees on by telling them you can move up after a few months, and than when approached disagree with you and ignore what you said.

There were several major cons , one being the Food and beverage manager & the Housekeeping manager were always creating gossip and hiring employees without looking at their resumes. there was a high turnover rate in those departments and it effected my job since I would have to do their jobs at times if they were no shows . If they did show up they would just complain about their manager or how they hate their job.
