Most of the time hotel have to hire from agency, which perform different level than hotel permanent staff.

I have been working for Hilton Garden Inn Brand of Hotels for eight years, I truly enjoy connecting with people from all over the world and helping them with their business travel needs. Through the hotels operations department I was able to advance in to Sales and find my calling. Sales is a fast paced environment, where I'm always taking the lead in driving all sectors of business to our hotels to help achieve/exceed quarterly and annual budgets.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. I worked with The Easton Group for 15 years. The Hilton Hotel is now ciosed
