Pros
One of the best places to work! Hilton truly cared about their employees and it showed through generous benefits, time off (20 days your first year, 25 after your first year) and the various company initiatives, such as Team Member Appreciation Week. I'm sad to have been laid off during the COVID layoffs otherwise I truly would have stayed forever.
Cons
A more transparent promotion matrix (can vary greatly by team) and more flexibility for working remote
