      Pros

      Recently just started a new job and career path and thus far, Hines has went above and beyond to give the tools and resources to be successful. Multiple check ins with HR, IT support reaching out to make sure there are no struggles with starting a new job. Management is great, benefits are wonderful

      Pros

      It is rare you can say that your job helps you become a better person. This company has integrity, scale, and leadership. Love!

      Cons

      Development and Real Estate are still dominated by 'executive', white males. This is beginning to change. But prepare yourself for a little "old school" and do your part to change it!
