      Pros

      Good people and ownership of your project. Non repetitive tasks as things are changing all the time. Depending on your group, your tasks may be more or less educational and growth oriented.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for advancement, and not much communication between relevant parties in regards to projects.

      Pros

      Hines treats employees with respect, has strong leadership, promotes a flexible work schedule to achieve work/life balance, is entrepreneurial, and provides opportunities for career growth and development.

      Cons

      I can't identify any specific downsides. However, in any organization there can never be enough communication from leadership.

      Pros

      Most of the people are great. Very friendly, helpful, accomodating, etc. The benefits package is really good as well.

      Cons

      The salaries are not all that great and if you begin working in the property management sector of the company, you'll never be able to switch over to development or investing. We used to joke that we were the red headed stepchild of Hines.
