      Pros

      Been with the company a little over 6 months, and nothing but great things to say. The team is great, flexible, and the project that I am working on is massive and rewarding.

      Cons

      Although flexible, my team does not have a remote work cadence. If needed, we can work from home, but the expectation is to be in the office and on the work site.

      Great benefits package and compensation

      Cons

      Overworked and understaffed. Constant project disruption, management not coordinated or supportive, and training is subpar. A big 4 would do well here, but not for someone coming from a smaller accounting practice.
