      Pros

      Great perks, beautiful office, excellent resources, smart collegues.

      Cons

      The patients are running the asylum. Gaslighting, selective truth telling, manipulation, and shaming are regular tools used to bully employees … this method trickles down from the immature executives and is encouraged in managers. As a company, inclusive buzz words like radical change, transparency, and “Hinge Heart” are celebrated more than actual systemic change. New “strategies” are constantly marketed to the employees as “innovative” and “industry shaking” but they are basically just copying the other dating apps and trying to take credit. It’s mortifying.

      The "come as you are" culture. Collaborative environment. The people who work here are amazing. The office is a wonderful place to work from. Flexible hybrid schedule. Career growth opportunities.

      The people are friendly enough.

      Cons

      Management gets away with doing literally nothing. If you are good at talking yourself up and making it look like you're working, you get promoted and awarded. If you're a good worker and humble, you're left in the dust.
